New Video Inspiration

Hello crafty friends, I have a new video over my Youtube channel, LittleBlessings, link here. I was clearing up the storage from my laptop and I found footage from a card that I made a few years ago using WOW! Embossing Powders, alcohol inks and foil. I couldn’t resist and I had to make this video that I hope you enjoy.

Let’s start! I created a panel with alcohol inks and WOW! Gold Fab Foil, then I adhered it to a white card base.

Next, I die cut four times the Lovely Frames by Pinkfresh Studio out of white cardstock and placed it on top of the alcohol inked background using glue.

Mint MacaroonMacchiatoI used wood veneers in the shapes of cups and kettles for this project. Each of were heat embossed using the following WOW! embossing powders: Caramel Macchiato, Angel Eyes, Aztec Glintz and Mint Macaroon. I adhered these veneers to the card using glue and foam tape.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment using WOW! Embossing Ink pad and heat embossed it with WOW! Caramel Macchiato Embossing Powder.

I hope you get a chance to watch me in action while I create this card over my Youtube channel LittleBlessing.

Christmas Tags using WOW! Mandala Stamp Set

Welcome back! Today I’m over WOW! Embossing Powder Blog sharing these Christmas tags and featuring the WOW! Mandala Stamp Set which I designed last year. This is my last blog post as a DT for this amazing company which I consider like family.

Back to crafting now. We are all busy with this holiday season and today I have three quick and beautiful last-minute tags that everyone can make to embellish some gifts.

Let’s shine! I had this beautiful pattered paper for a while and I decided to finally put it to good use. I die cut three tags using different papers and these will be like the base of my tags because I will be adding a second vellum tag on top of it.

Just like I mentioned, I die cut three vellum tags and I stamp the WOW! Mandala Stamp Set on top, changing the position of the stamp on each vellum tag so they look different.

Using my new Mini Misti, I placed each tag inside and inked up the Mandala stamp using WOW! Embossing Pad and then I heat embossed it with my always favorite WOW! Metallic Gold Embossing Powder. I attached each patterned paper tag with a vellum tag on top using some gold and white twine.

Then, using WOW! Christmas Baubles Stamp I stamped onto white cardstock three of the sentiments from the set using WOW! Embossing Pad. Next, I heat embossed all sentiments with WOW! Metallic Gold Embossing Powder. Finally, I added all sentiments to the tag using double sided tape and these Christmas tags are finished!

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a truly wonderful and blessed New Year 2021.

You’re friend,

Karen

WOW! Embossing Powder and Paper Rose Studio Collaboration Blog Hop + GIVEAWAY

Hello and welcome to the WOW! Embossing Powder New Blog Hop in Collaboration with Paper Rose Studio! We are so excited to bring you lots of inspiration and a GIVEAWAY today.

For this hop I created two cards using Merry Little Christmas Ornaments Stamp set by Paper Rose and the new products from WOW! Embossing Powder like WOW! Galaxy Glow, Deck The Halls and Cranberry Sparkle.

Let’s shine! I started by heat embossing these red strips onto a white cardstock using WOW! Primary Apple Red. I love this vibrant red.

Then, I stamped all the images using VersaFine Onyx Black and heat embossed it with WOW! Clear Gloss Embossing Powder. I colored them using Copic markers. Additionally, I cut these images using a ScanNCut machine.

Next, I stamped the sentiment on a green piece of cardstock using WOW! Embossing Pad and heat embossed it with WOW! Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder.

Finally, I added the images to my panel using glue and foam tape and a white folded note card was adhered at the back with glue.

For my second card, I started by stamping the stars from the stamp set and some of them were heat embossed with WOW! Deck The Halls and Cranberry Sparkle Embossing Glitters. I covered my panel and filled in the empty spaces with the smallest stars. I adhered a white folded note card at the back using glue.

Next, I die cut an oval frame die using green cardstock. Additionally, I die cut just the oval die from a laminated sheet that contained WOW! Galaxy Glow Embossing Powder, WOW! Deck The Halls and Cranberry Sparkle Embossing Glitters.

I placed the piece of laminated in the center of my panel and glued the green frame on top. I added the little horse and two sentiments that were white-heat embossed using WOW! Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder.

Here you can take a look at how this card glows in the dark. I hope you enjoyed these cards and give these new embossing powders a try. You won’t regret it!

Teals and Blues for Masculine Cards | WOW! Embossing Powder

Hello friends! Today I’m over WOW! Embossing Powder Blog sharing two male cards using blues and teals. I have created one more elaborated card and one more simple for those CAS lovers. I used the following embossing powders: Bang Embossing Powder, Metallic Silver Sparkle Embossing Glitter, Earthtone Blueberry Embossing Powder, Metallic Silver Embossing Powder and Mint Macaroon Embossing Powder along with Pinkfresh Studio and Altenew stamps, dies and stencil.

Let’s shine! For my first card I have a little bit more elaborated card and I placed the Altenew Deco Wallpaper Stencil on top of a white panel and using a Life Changing Blender Brush I applied Altenew Aqualicious ink.

Next, after cleaning the Altenew Deco Wallpaper Stencil I put it on top of my panel again but this time I moved the stencil a little bit to the side and applied WOW! Embossing Pad. Then, I removed the stencil and added WOW! Bang Embossing Powder and heat embossed my panel using WOW! Dual Speed Heat Tool.

I adhered a white folded note card at the back. Also, I added a piece of vellum on top of the background. At the bottom and top of the vellum I put two strips of cardstock using glue.

Using the Kelly Alpha Lower Case Die I die cut the word HANDSOME. I decided to split the word and have the “hand” heat embossed with WOW! Earthtone Blueberry Embossing Powder and the “some” with WOW! Mint Macaroon Embossing Powder.

I placed the “hand” word on top of the vellum and the “some” word at the bottom part, leaving some space between these two words. Finally, I die cut a Hello from the Classic Words Die Set by Pinkfresh Studio and heat embossed it with WOW! Metallic Silver Sparkle Embossing Glitter. I placed this Hello die cut in between the “hand” and “some” words and my first card is finished.

For my second card I made a CAS card using almost the same colors from my first card. I stamp the Cling Rubber Stamp: Diamond Tiles using WOW! Embossing Pad and heat embossed it with WOW! Metallic Silver Embossing Powder.

Then, I stamped again this stamp but this time using Altenew Aqualicious ink. I totally loved the look!

Next, I die cut a circle die out of vellum and placed it on top of the background.

I die cut the HI word using the Kelly Alpha Lower Case Die. The “h” was heat embossed with WOW! Mint Macaroon Embossing Powder and the “i” with WOW! Earthtone Blueberry Embossing Powder. I placed both die cuts on top of the vellum circle die cut and finally I stamped and added the sentiment.

I really hope you got some inspiration to create masculine cards. These creations are also part of the WOW! Monthly Challenge for August. Enter your project and participate on the giveaway! Have a fabulous day!

Pearl Gold Embossing Glitter | WOW! Embossing Powder

Hello friends! Today I’m sharing this card over WOW! Embossing Powder blog featuring WOW! Pearl Gold Sparkle Embossing Glitter. As you know our monthly challenge theme is Pearl Embossing Powders so I encourage you to enter your project and participate in the giveaway at the Facebook Fan page.

Let’s shine! I started by applying Sea Shore mini cube ink set to an A2 panel using the Life Changing Blender Brushes. Then, I die cut the Pinkfresh Studio Pretty Frames 2 Die using white cardstock and I only adhered the largest frame to my A2 panel.

Next, I die cut three times the Ornate Oval Frame Die from Pinkfresh Studio using white cardstock and I only added WOW! Embossing Pad to one layer and then heat embossed it using WOW! Pearl Gold Embossing Glitter. I glued the three die cuts one on top of each other using glue and added them on top of the panel.

Here you can have a closer look of all the shine from the WOW! Pearl Gold Embossing Glitter. As my next step, I stamp the Just A Little Lovely stamp set from Pinkfresh Studio using WOW! Embossing Pad and heat embossed it with WOW! Metallic Gold Embossing Powder.

I colored this image using Copic markers. Once I was finished coloring I placed this image on top of the panel using foam tape and added some details of Nuvo Crystal drops.

I also die cut the You Die from Pinkfresh Studio out of white and teal cardstock. I used the teal color to create a shadow for the white You die cut. Using glue I adhered this die cut to my background.

Finally, I stamped a sentiment from the You Stamp Set from Pinkfresh Studio using a teal ink and added to my panel along with some jewels and some wink of Stella to the flowers. A folded note card was adhered at the back and my card was finished.

I hope you enjoyed this blog post and thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend!
