Alcohol ink + Foil | SSS Ornate Ornaments Stamp

Hello friends! Hope you’re having a super Sunday. For today’s card, I’m sharing another Christmas card using the Simon Says Clear Stamps ORNATE ORNAMENTS and dies. I waited quite a few weeks for this stamp set but it was worth the waiting.

Let’s start! For this card, I blended some Ranger alcohol inks on Ranger Yupo paper. I used Pool, Stream, Teakwood and Gold Mixtative. Then, I added the foil on top.

The look was impressive, rich in foiling and that choice of colors match perfectly.

My next step was, to run through the die cutting machine all the ornaments. I didn’t stamped on top of the alcohol ink panel as you can see. For me, the beauty of this panel was more than enough!

Additionally, I stamped and heat embossed with Versamark ink on a white large panel using WOW metallic gold embossing powder. I got this awesome idea from Jessica Frost. Thank you so much Jess! You rock!

Before arranging the ornaments on my panel, I stamped and heat embossed a couple of ornaments, just because I thought it would look much better.

Then, I arranged the ornaments on top of the white large panel, using runner and foam tape. Also, I added some golden thread to the ornaments and secured them on the back of the panel.

What’s more, I stamped the sentiment and drew some lines for the those ornaments adhered with runner taper, using Versamark ink and heat embossed the lines and the sentiment using WOW metallic gold embossing powder.

Finally, I placed the large panel on top of a gold cardstock and added some sequins.

This was my card for today. I hope it can inspire you. Please have a blessed day!
